Sire has equipped this electric bass guitar with the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp. Because this preamp works on 18V, you can amplify pure natural sounds in a powerful way. In addition, you can choose between passive or active mode. Besides the usual 3-band EQ, you get access to an extended mid control. You can set the frequency between 80Hz and 2KHz. As a result, you can shape your desired sound in detail.
