Thanks to the updated Marcus Miller Jazz body shape, the bass sits comfortably against the body, whilst the striking Midnight Blueburst finish and the tinted Canadian hard maple neck give it a modern and professional look. Versatile electronics with active and passive modes

The Marcus Standard J-Revolution pickup set with Alnico magnets delivers warm mid-range tones, smooth high frequencies and a dynamic response. Combined with the Sire Standard 2-band preamp, you have quick and intuitive tone control at your fingertips. Using the push/pull function on the bass control, you can easily switch between active and passive modes. As a result, this bass offers both modern, powerful sounds and classic J-bass tones. Whether you play funk, jazz, pop, rock or gospel, the V3N 5L adapts effortlessly to different playing styles and musical situations.

Playing comfort and reliable hardware

The Canadian hard maple neck with a comfortable C-profile features a rosewood Edgeless™ fingerboard with rounded edge profiles for extra playing comfort. The natural, 46 mm bone nut provides ample space for the five strings, whilst the 34-inch scale length ensures a familiar playing feel. The bass also features a Marcus Standard Bass Bridge with body-through string routing, standard open-gear tuning machines and a three-ply black/white/black pickguard.
