The Marcus Miller V6 by Sire is for those looking for a modern bass guitar that is comfortable to hold, lightweight and has a subtle but entirely individual design. The mahogany body is particularly lightweight, making practising and playing less tiring. It also features an ash top, which has a special look thanks to a unique sandblasting treatment. This accentuates the natural grain of the wood, giving a lot of depth to the finish. The sound also leaves nothing to be desired, thanks to the built-in Marcus Heritage-3 preamp and Marcus Super-J Revolution pickups.

Build quality

When making the fingerboard of the Marcus Miller V6, all edges are carefully rounded, which ensures that when playing, you are less likely to suffer from irritation and can therefore keep playing longer. On the black, white and Candy Apple Red variants, the fingerboard is rosewood, while on the other colours it is maple. Thanks to the real bone nut and the Marcus Miller Modern-S bridge, you are guaranteed a good sound and long sustain. The controls consist of a combined volume and tone knob, a treble/middle knob and a bass knob that can be used to switch off the active electronics thanks to a push-pull switch.
