The Sire Marcus Miller V7VN S4L Natural is a left-handed 4-string electric bass guitar that combines the classic look of a J-model with modern refinements. The New Gen version features a swamp ash body, which delivers a fast attack, powerful overtones and excellent definition between notes. This ensures that every note you play comes through clearly, whatever your playing style. Thanks to the natural finish, the beautiful wood grain remains clearly visible. This bass is an excellent choice for bassists who love a traditional sound with contemporary playing comfort.

Authentic playing experience

For a familiar playing feel, the V7VN S4L is fitted with a hard maple neck and a hard maple fingerboard with Edgeless™ rounded fingerboard edges. The classic 7.25-inch fingerboard radius and 20 narrow frets ensure an authentic vintage playing experience. The comfortable C-profile neck fits comfortably in the hand, whilst the 34-inch scale length ensures tight string tension. The 38 mm wide-leg nut and generous string spacing of 20 mm also make this bass ideal for both fingerstyle and slap techniques.

The Marcus Vintage-J Revolution pickup set delivers the recognisable open and dynamic sound of classic J-style bass guitars. Combined with the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp, you have access to a wide tonal spectrum, whilst the push/pull function allows you to switch easily to passive mode. Using the controls for volume, tone, blender, treble/middle and bass, you can fine-tune the sound to suit any situation.
