The Sire Marcus Miller V7VN S5L Natural is a left-handed 5-string electric bass guitar that combines the classic look of a vintage J-model with modern reliability and playing comfort. The New Gen version features subtle ergonomic improvements, ensuring the bass is well-balanced and comfortable to play. Thanks to its swamp ash body, this instrument delivers a fast attack, clear definition and a pronounced presence in the upper-midrange. This allows both fingerstyle and slap techniques to shine. The 34-inch scale length also ensures familiar string tension, even on the low B string.

Authentic playing experience

The hard maple neck features a redesigned C-profile and is paired with a hard maple fingerboard with rounded Edgeless™ fingerboard edges. The vintage 7.25-inch fingerboard radius and 20 narrow frets provide an authentic playing feel reminiscent of classic bass guitars. The 46 mm-wide bone nut provides ample space for five strings without compromising playing comfort. Thanks to the bolt-on neck construction and the four-point steel neck plate, you’ll enjoy a direct response and a characterful attack.

The Marcus Vintage-J Revolution pickup set delivers the recognisable J-bass tone with an open character, clear string separation and plenty of dynamics. The Marcus Miller Vintage-S bridge, lightweight open-gear tuning machines and chrome hardware complete the package.
