The Sire Marcus Miller V8 S4 White Blonde is a professional 4-string electric bass guitar designed for bassists looking for a versatile J-style bass with a modern look and high-quality finish. The swamp ash body delivers a clear, powerful tone with great definition, whilst the roasted maple neck and fingerboard provide extra stability, a fast playing experience and a luxurious feel. Thanks to the included official Sire gig bag, you can safely transport the bass to rehearsals, gigs and studio sessions.

High-quality electronics and versatile tone

The V8 S4 is fitted with the Marcus Super-J Revolution Set pickups, featuring classic ’70s pickup spacing and wound with USA plain enamel wire for an open, detailed Jazz Bass tone. The Marcus Heritage-3 preamp features a 3-band EQ with mid-frequency control and an active/passive switch. This allows you to easily switch between a modern, powerful active sound and a classic passive bass tone. The comprehensive control section, featuring volume, tone, blend and individual EQ controls, makes this bass suitable for virtually any musical style.

Comfortable playability and reliable hardware

The roasted hard maple neck has a comfortable C-profile and features EDGELESS™ rounded fret edges for a smooth playing feel across the entire neck. With a 34-inch scale length, a 9.5-inch fingerboard radius and a 38 mm bone nut, this bass offers a familiar playing experience. The new Marcus Heavymass II bridge contributes to excellent sustain and stable intonation, whilst the premium open-gear tuning machines ensure precise tuning. The chrome hardware, ivory-coloured pearloid pickguard and White Blonde finish add a stylish finishing touch.
