The Sire Marcus Miller V8 S5 White Blonde is a professional 5-string electric bass guitar that combines the classic J-bass sound with modern technology and a luxurious finish. The swamp ash body delivers a clear, dynamic sound with great definition and powerful low-end response. The flamed maple neck and fingerboard offer extra stability, a fast response and a comfortable playing experience. The fresh White Blonde finish gives this bass a stylish look. It also comes with an official Sire gig bag for safe transport and optimum protection.

Versatile tone control for every style

The V8 S5 is fitted with the Marcus Super-J Revolution Set single-coil pickups featuring the characteristic ’70s pickup spacing. This pickup set delivers an open, transparent Jazz Bass tone with plenty of detail and dynamics. Thanks to the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp, you have access to a comprehensive 3-band EQ with mid-frequency control and an active/passive switch. Together with the volume and tone controls, pickup blend and individual EQ controls, this offers a wide range of tonal possibilities for a variety of musical styles, from funk and jazz to rock and pop.

Superb playing comfort and reliable hardware

The roasted hard maple neck features a comfortable C-profile and is fitted with EDGELESS™ rounded fret edges, ensuring the neck sits comfortably in the hand. With a scale length of 34 inches, a fingerboard radius of 9.5 inches and a 46 mm bone nut, the V8 S5 is ideally suited for comfortable playing across all five strings. The Marcus Heavymass II bridge ensures excellent sustain and precise intonation, whilst the premium open-gear tuning machines help maintain stable tuning. The chrome hardware and ivory pearl pickguard complete the look.
