DR Strings BTR-10 Hi-Beam Medium to Heavy 10-52 electric guitar strings feature a steel hex-core and nickel-plated steel winding to ensure rich and balanced sound. While the hex core tightens up the tone to ensure maximum mix-punching presence, the nickel-plating packs everything out and, since this is a hybrid pack, you gain the flexibility of a set of medium-gauged treble strings and the control of a set of heavy bass strings.
