General

The Cort CR100 is an extremely competitively priced singlecut guitar from the CR series. 'CR' stands for Classic Rock, so then you immediately know which genre this model feels most at home with. The 2 Powersound humbuckers offer a classic punch. However, the CR100 is not a one-trick pony, as it is also very suitable for warm blues. It is a real eye-catcher, thanks to a curved maple top combined with the cream-coloured pickguard. In short, are you looking for a guitar with a traditional design and a solid sound? Then the CR100 is a good option.

CR100: high playing comfort

As befits a guitar with a single cutaway, the Cort CR100 also has a 24.75-inch scale. This means the strings have slightly less tension than on, say, an ST model, making pressing the strings nice and easy. Even if you have smaller hands, this scale is a big advantage, as the frets are just that little bit closer together. The neck features a jatoba fingerboard, which adds a warm accent to the guitar sound. Prefer to play in a different tuning? No problem, because thanks to the Tune-O-Matic bridge, this can be done in no time.
