General
The Dime Guitarz Culprit Dime Bolt has been designed to Dimebag Darrell’s original 1998 specifications. This electric guitar combines the iconic look, playing experience and aggressive tone of the USA Custom Shop model in a more accessible version. Thanks to its set-neck construction, mahogany body with a flamed maple top and a three-piece maple neck, this guitar delivers plenty of sustain, a powerful response and a comfortable playing experience. The included padded gig bag makes it easy to transport the guitar safely to rehearsals, the studio or the stage.
Authentic Dimebag sound
To achieve the characteristic Dimebag sound, the Culprit is fitted with a Seymour Duncan SH-13 Dimebucker in the bridge position and a Seymour Duncan SH-1n ’59 humbucker at the neck. Both passive humbuckers feature a push/pull coil-split for extra tonal variation. The guitar also features the innovative DimeBooster technology. Using the push/pull master tone control, you can activate up to 15 dB of extra gain without the need for a 9V battery. The built-in booster is easy to charge via USB-C, so you’re always ready for your next gig.
Ready to play on stage
The hardware is also entirely focused on stability and performance. The Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo ensures extremely stable tuning, even with intensive tremolo use. Grover-style locking tuners further contribute to tuning stability. The ebony fingerboard, with a compound radius of 12 to 16 inches and 22 medium jumbo stainless steel frets, plays quickly and comfortably. Striking Diamond Plate inlays featuring Dime’s Razorblade logo on the twelfth fret, a matching headstock and a high-quality finish round off the package.
