The extreme, sharp body-shape of the Black Metal Series ESP LTD EX has been coated in light-eating Black Satin and mounted with matching black hardware. Even the 3D logo adorning the reversed headstock comes in black. To complete the concept, the position markers have been left out, leaving a clean, dark ebony fretboard, and the full guidance of glow-in-the-dark side dots. This is a satisfyingly brutal chopping block of an electric guitar.

The EX Black Metal with EMG and TonePros Bridge

The solid mahogany body has been mounted with a single, iconic EMG81 active humbucker that shapes the forcefully tight and powerful sound that it's known for, and this comes fully backed up by the unshakable stability of a TonePros locking bridge and tailpiece for secure tuning and outstanding resonance, and a set-thru neck construction that puts every one of the 22 stainless steel XJ frets within easy reach. The formidable beast that is the ESP LTD EX manages to forge fierce, accurate tone with comfy playability.
