General

LTD's M series was made to satisfy fast-playing guitarists, and as such, the series includes guitars that are incredibly comfortable and smooth to play. This special ESP LTD M-1000K Koa won't only appeal to fans of rock, blues or funk, but will especially conquer the hearts of metal guitarists. That's all thanks to the pickups, two Dimarzio's ST-2, and the wood types used for this guitar.

ESP LTD M-1000K Koa with special tonal character

This beautifully finished guitar features a mahogany body and has a top made of exotic koa. Not only does it look nice, but when combined with the neck (made of five layers of mahogany and bubinga), it also provides a very special tonal character. This guitar maintains its intonation with lower tunings, while keeping tight lows, fat mids, and highs that are rich in sustain. The Floyd Rose tremolo allows for extreme dive bombs without going out of tune.
