The ESP Eclipse Custom: High-Precision Engineering

The solid mahogany body has been finished with a maple top and a set-in mahogany neck with a deluxe ebony fretboard and classic 12 inch radius. This layout has been paired with a Thin-U neck profile and a narrower-than-average 42 millimetre wide nut to give the fret hand an immediately snug and comfortable, fast feel. Meanwhile, high-grade parts, including a TonePros Locking TOM bridge, a Gotoh Stopbar and Gotoh locking tuners guarantee solid and stable tuning and hyper-accurate intonation.

Versatile Sound

ESP has equipped the Eclipse Custom with a popular EMG JH 'Het' active humbucker set, which effortlessly combines the clarity and punch of passive pickups with the tight response and thick low-end of active pickups. As a result, the Eclipse boasts an outstanding dynamic response and, by tweaking the two volume pots and single tone pot, you can rely on a wide range of sonic profiles. In short, this ESP offering has way more on board than just blistering metal tone.
