The Framus Artist Line Breaker Series WH-1 is Wolf Hoffmann’s signature electric guitar, built for tight riffs, fast solos and powerful tremolo effects. The combination of a poplar body and a maple set-neck with a comfortable C-shape profile provides a balanced foundation and a direct response. Thanks to the 25.5-inch scale length and 24 stainless steel frets, you can play effortlessly across the entire range, whilst the Solid Charcoal Metallic Satin finish gives the WH-1 a stylish, professional look.
Powerful sound with smart circuitry
For its tone, this WH-1 relies on Fishman Fluence Wolf Hoffmann Signature pickups: a single-coil at the neck and a humbucker at the bridge. This allows you to go from bright and tight to full and aggressive, ideal for both dynamic rhythm playing and cutting leads. The MEC push/pull volume potentiometer also allows you to switch easily between different ‘voicings’ of the bridge humbucker. The CRL 3-way switch makes selecting your pickup position quick and straightforward on stage.
Stage-proof hardware and a complete package
When it comes to hardware, you’re in exactly the right place: Grover 102BC tuning machines, Warwick S-style security locks and a Floyd Rose 1000 Series Original Style tremolo system with a matching Floyd Rose 1000 locking nut (R2) provide the stability you’d expect from a high-performance guitar. The black composite fingerboard features acrylic block pyramid inlays and fluorescent green Luminlay side dots for extra visibility. It also comes complete with a 15 mm padded Framus Artist Line V-bag, tools, picks and a Certificate of Authenticity.
