General
The Framus Artist Line Breaker Series WH-1 Wolf Hoffmann is a high-performance signature electric guitar for players who want a tight, fast and crystal-clear sound. The poplar body and maple neck provide a balanced foundation with a powerful attack, whilst the 25.5-inch scale length is ideal for tight riffs and stable tuning when playing aggressively. Thanks to the set-neck construction, the guitar feels solid and allows you to play comfortably right up to the top of the neck. The Solid Overland Grey High Polish finish also gives it a smart, professional look on stage.
Sound & Electronics
Under the bonnet, you’ll find Fishman Fluence Wolf Hoffmann Signature pickups: a single-coil at the neck and a humbucker at the bridge (S-H). This allows you to switch effortlessly from bright, tight cleans to a focused, high-gain sound with great definition. The MEC push/pull volume pot allows you to access the humbucker’s ‘Voice’ options, giving you a range of tonal characteristics at your disposal without the need for additional switches. The CRL 3-way pickup selector switch makes choosing your pickup position simple and reliable, even during live performances.
Hardware, playability & included accessories
For tremolo work, this WH-1 is fitted with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series Original Style Tremolo System and a matching Floyd Rose 1000 Series locking nut (R2) for maximum tuning stability. The 24 ‘small and high’ stainless steel frets are finished with Invisible Fretwork Technology (IFT), with rounded ends for an extra smooth feel. Finding your way around dark stages is easy thanks to the fluorescent green Luminlay side dots. You’ll also receive a Framus Artist Line 15 mm padded V-gigbag, plus accessories such as picks, a strap and tools.
