General

The Framus Artist Line Breaker Series WH-1 TOM is the Wolf Hoffmann signature model for guitarists who want to play with precision and are looking for a powerful, clear sound. The poplar body and maple neck (set-neck) deliver a balanced fundamental tone with excellent sustain, whilst the 25.5-inch scale length and 24 frets give you plenty of scope for fast solos and heavy riffs. The black composite fingerboard is finished with acrylic block pyramid inlays and fluorescent green Luminlay side dots, so you can find your way around quickly even in low light.

Fishman Fluence signature sound

For the electronics, Fishman Fluence Wolf Hoffmann Signature pickups have been chosen: a single-coil at the neck and a humbucker at the bridge. These let you go from sparkling clean tones to tight high-gain sounds without getting muddy. The CRL 3-way pickup selector switch lets you change positions instantly, whilst the MEC push/pull volume potentiometer allows you to switch easily between different humbucker voicings. This is handy for live use, as you have multiple tone characters at your disposal without the need for extra switches or complicated controls.

TonePros hardware and complete set

This WH-1 TOM is fitted with Grover 102BC tuners, Warwick S-style Security Locks and a TonePros Tune-O-Matic Bridge T3BT-B for solid stability and precise intonation. The Graph Tech Black TUSQ XL 6642-00 nut helps ensure smooth tuning and good string action. The playing feel is also excellent thanks to 24 ‘small and high’ stainless steel frets with Invisible Fretwork Technology (IFT) and rounded fret ends. The guitar comes with a 15 mm padded Framus V-bag, accessories and a Certificate of Authenticity.
