General
The Framus Artist Line Shark Series WH-1 FR is the Wolf Hoffmann signature model that puts that raw, crisp Accept power right at your fingertips. This right-handed 6-string electric guitar features the recognisable V-shape and is much more than just an eye-catching design: this is a performance machine, built for both the stage and the studio. The Solid Creme White High Polish finish gives it a classic, stylish look, whilst the WH-1 2D headstock, featuring the Framus logo and Wolf Hoffmann’s signature, makes it clear that you’re playing something special.
Built for speed and control
The body is made of mahogany with a set-neck made of flamed maple. The neck features a comfortable C-shape and a natural oil finish, complemented by the Stinger neck lacquering for a smooth playing feel across the full 25.5-inch (648 mm) scale length. The Tigerstripe ebony fingerboard is finished with mother-of-pearl block pyramid inlays and fluorescent green Luminlay side dots, so you won’t lose your place even in low light. Thanks to Invisible Fretwork Technology (IFT) and perfectly rounded stainless steel frets, you’ll play with precision, speed and without any sharp edges.
Fluence sound + Floyd Rose stability
For tone, the WH-1 is equipped with the Fishman Fluence Wolf Hoffmann Signature Set: a single-coil at the neck and a humbucker at the bridge. The MEC push/pull volume pot lets you switch the ‘Voice’ of the humbucker, whilst the CRL 3-way switch allows you to quickly select your pickup position. The Floyd Rose 1000 Series Original Style tremolo, combined with the Floyd Rose 1000 Series R2 locking nut and Grover 502BC locking tuners, ensures excellent tuning stability during intensive tremolo use. You’ll also receive a 25 mm padded Artist Line V-bag and a complete set of accessories.
