General
With the Framus Artist Line Shark Series WH-1 FR, you can bring the uncompromising power of Accept guitarist Wolf Hoffmann into your home. This right-handed 6-string V-guitar is built as a stage weapon: a mahogany body, set-neck construction and a flamed maple neck with a C-profile. The Solid Dark Night Metallic High Polish finish gives it a sleek, luxurious look, whilst the WH-1 2D headstock featuring the Framus logo and Wolf Hoffmann’s signature adds the perfect finishing touch. With a 25.5-inch scale length, it feels instantly familiar for modern rock and metal riffs.
A playing feel that’s spot on down to the last detail
The Tigerstripe ebony fingerboard with Mother of Pearl block pyramid inlays not only looks impressive but also plays extremely smoothly. Thanks to Invisible Fretwork Technology (IFT) and 24 ‘small and high’ stainless steel frets with rounded ends, you glide effortlessly along the neck – ideal for fast runs, tight rhythms and controlled bends. Live performance has also been taken into account: the fluorescent green Luminlay side dots (2.5 mm) keep you well-oriented, even in low light. With a 12-inch radius, the feel is modern and direct, without compromising on comfort.
Fluence power + Floyd Rose stability
The Fishman Fluence Wolf Hoffmann Signature set combines a single-coil at the neck with a humbucker at the bridge: from cutting riffs to full-bodied leads. The MEC push/pull volume pot lets you switch the humbucker’s ‘Voice’ mapping, whilst the CRL 3-way switch allows you to change pickup positions in a flash. For dive bombs and vibrato work, there’s a Floyd Rose 1000 Series Original Style tremolo, paired with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series R2 locking nut and Grover 502BC locking tuners. Includes a deluxe 25 mm padded Framus Artist Line V-bag and a comprehensive range of accessories.
