General
The Framus Artist Line Shark Series WH-1 TOM is the Wolf Hoffmann signature model that puts the power and precision of Accept right in your hands. This right-handed, V-shaped, 6-string electric guitar is built for tight live performances and solid studio recordings. The mahogany body provides a solid foundation, whilst the set-neck construction with a flamed maple neck ensures sustain and an instantly responsive feel. The Solid Charcoal Metallic Satin finish gives it a rugged, modern look, complete with the WH-1 2D headstock featuring the Framus logo and Wolf Hoffmann’s signature.
Playing comfort for fast riffs
The Tigerstripe ebony fingerboard isn’t just eye-catching; it’s also built for playing hard. It features Mother of Pearl block pyramid inlays and fluorescent green Luminlay side dots (2.5 mm), so you can keep your bearings even on dark stages. With 24 ‘small and high’ stainless steel frets and Invisible Fretwork Technology (IFT), the fret ends are perfectly rounded off: you’ll notice this straight away when playing slides, bends and fast runs. The 12-inch (305 mm) radius, combined with the 25.5-inch (648 mm) scale length, feels tight and modern.
Fishman Fluence and TonePros hardware
In terms of sound, you’re in good hands with the Fishman Fluence Wolf Hoffmann Signature Set: a single-coil in the neck position and a humbucker at the bridge for a versatile range of tones, from bright to razor-sharp. The MEC push/pull volume pot switches the humbucker’s ‘Voice’ mapping, whilst the CRL 3-way switch lets you precisely control the pickup output. The TonePros Tune-O-Matic Bridge T3BT-B, Graph Tech Black TUSQ XL 6642-00 nut and Grover 502BC locking tuners keep everything stable. You’ll also receive a 25 mm padded Framus Artist Line V-bag and accessories.
