Schecter Banshee Mach-6 Fallout Burst Electric Guitar

General

Schecter introduces a beast of an electric guitar with the Banshee Mach-6 series. This metal machine features a swamp ash (ash) body and neck-thru construction with an ebony fretboard. In addition, the guitar features two Lundgren M6 pickups that sound both tight and defined; ideal for tight metal and 'djent'. The push-pull on the tone knob is perfect for switching to a single coil configuration and gives you more control and timbre over what you play. The fixed Hipshot bridge makes changing strings a breeze and also ensures excellent sustain. The same gedlt for the neck-thru construction; it gives the notes a longer sustain and makes them flow nicely. This is especially evident when playing leads.

Extremely stable neck construction

The ebony fingerboard provides a 'spanky' sound that puts you well in the mix and features inverted/offset Roman numerals, giving the guitar a unique look. To give the neck ultimate stability, it is fitted with 'roasted' maple, a caramelisation process that allows wood to dry out completely, thus gaining its stability. Partly responsible for this are the 'reinforcement rods', two carbon-fibre-reinforced rods, which ensure that the neck hardly moves during temperature changes, among other things. The very thin 'U' shape of the neck feels comfortable and natural and is ideal for the speed maniacs among us. Furthermore, the side of the neck features Luminlay side dots; perfect when you're playing in dimly lit areas so you don't lose your navigation of the fretboard.
