General

The Schecter Hellcat VI 3-Tone Sunburst Pearl is a unique 6-string baritone electric guitar that straddles the line between guitar and bass. Thanks to the extra-long 30-inch scale length, you can achieve lower frequencies normally associated with a bass guitar. The swamp ash body and bolt-on maple neck combine to form a solid foundation with a clear and resonant tone. The striking 3-Tone Sunburst Pearl finish also gives the Hellcat VI a distinct retro look. This is a complete instrument for guitarists who want to expand their tonal palette with deep and powerful tones.

Three MonsterTone Stack pickups

For sound amplification, the Hellcat VI is fitted with three Schecter USA MonsterTone Stack pickups in the bridge, middle and neck positions. The 5-way pickup selector switch allows you to choose from various pickup combinations. In addition, each pickup has its own On-Off Coil Split slide switch, giving you even more options for shaping your sound. The controls are further complemented by a Volume and Tone control. This baritone guitar thus offers a versatile tone, ranging from bright and defined sounds to powerful, deep tones with plenty of character.

Comfort and reliable hardware

The bolt-on maple neck features a comfortable Vintage C profile and a Pau Ferro fingerboard. With a nut width of 42 mm and 22 X-Jumbo frets, the Hellcat VI offers a familiar playing feel. The TonePros bridge with custom brass saddles is designed for stable transmission of string vibrations and good sustain. The Grover Vintage Deluxe tuning machines ensure reliable tuning. This right-handed baritone guitar comes with Ernie Ball Hellcat VI Custom strings in gauges .024 to .090. A matching Schecter SCSGR-UNIV6 case is available separately.
