General

The Sire Larry Carlton L5L is a left-handed electric guitar that combines the classic single-cut look with modern playability. Thanks to its mahogany body with a hard maple top, this guitar delivers a full, warm tone with extra definition and attack. The set mahogany neck and 24.75-inch scale length ensure a familiar playing feel and long sustain. The stylish Candy Apple Red finish adds the perfect finishing touch, giving this guitar a striking, professional look.

Versatile tones

The L5L is fitted with two Sire LC Standard-2 passive humbuckers in an HH configuration. With the 3-way switch, two volume controls and two tone controls with push/pull coil-split, you have access to both powerful humbucker tones and brighter, single-coil-style sounds. This makes the guitar equally at home across a wide range of musical styles, from blues and rock to pop and jazz. The rosewood fingerboard with rounded Edgeless™ edges and 22 medium jumbo stainless steel frets ensures a high level of playing comfort.

Reliable hardware

The hardware is also designed for stability and ease of use. The Sire Modern Tune-O-Matic bridge with aluminium stop tailpiece ensures precise intonation and excellent sustain. The standard Sire tuning machines maintain tuning reliably, whilst the bone nut contributes to consistent string transmission. Finished with chrome-plated hardware, gold speed knobs and an ivory-coloured pickguard, the L5L is a complete left-handed electric guitar for guitarists who combine classic looks with modern functionality.
