This 611VFMX is a limited-edition electric guitar from Yamaha's Pacifica series. It has a satin-gloss finish on the body and neck, which give it a great look and add to the excellent playing comfort. Pacifica 611VFMX: all-rounder

An alder body with a flamed maple top give this guitar its core sound, while the transparent lacquer allows the natural grain of the wood to show through for a fantastic look. In the bridge position, there's a powerful Seymour Duncan TB-14 pickup with an SP90-1N at the neck. Together, they offer a wide range of sounds to play with. The tone potentiometer offers even more possibilities thanks to the push/pull control, giving you split coil functionality and adding crystal-clear cleans to your sound arsenal.

Playing comfort

Yamaha has equipped the 611VFMX with a rosewood fretboard that has 22 medium frets and a modern fretboard radius of 13.75 inches that make it easier to press down the strings. There's a top-quality Graph Tech TUSQ string nut for improved resonance and tuning stability, and the Grover locking tuners also play their part in this. Thanks to the Wilkinson VS50-6 tremolo, you can easily add vibrato effects to your playing too without the guitar going out of tune.
