General

The Yamaha DTX720K offers four highly responsive 3-zone DTX drum pads, a highly realistic kick pad and three 3-zone cymbal pads in one compact setup! It's all powered by the impressive DTX700 drum module, and it can be expanded with another 3 (cymbal) pads. The module features 1,396 drum and percussion sounds, making this electronic kit even more expressive and realistic. There's even the option of importing your own external drum sounds using the USB port. In short, this kit offers a nearly endless variety and virtually unmatched playability!

Yamaha DTX720K: professional feel & sound

The Yamaha DTX720K consists of an 8.5" 3-zone XP80 snare pad and three 7.5" XP70 tom pads. With the 3-zone snare pad, you can get four different sounds (if you count the rim) out of a single drum, depending on where you hit it. Furthermore, adjusting the settings of your kit is easier than ever thanks to the DTX700Touch app. Using this iOS app, you can create new kits, edit existing ones and manage your content on your iPhone or iPad. All you have to do is connect your device to the module via the USB port, and you're good to go!
