General

Considering everything you're getting, the Carlsbro CSD601 e-kit comes at a pretty sharp price. This five-piece kit features an extensive module, a highly responsive set of mesh-heads and cymbal pads and the option to expand the setup at will. Both the toms and snare pads boast multiple trigger-zones to support every playing detail, including rim shots and, when you strike the rim and pad at the same time, you gain more power - just like you would with a real acoustic kit.

The Commander 601 Sound Module

The core of this extensive kit is the Commander 601 Sound Module which supplies no-less-than 408 high-quality drum and percussion sounds, thirty ready-made drum kits, space for saving up to twenty of your own custom-configured kits and twenty demo tracks. This module even hands you the controls to fine tune each sample, tweak the EQ, add filters, a reverb and adjust the sensitivity and crosstalk of every trigger - and more. The Commander also provides Coaching and Learning modes so intermediate drummers can hone their skills and complete beginners can be guided through the basics.

Cables, Hardware & More

In terms of configuration, the Carlsbro CSD601 kit is built out of two 8 inch tom pads, a 10 inch snare pad, a 10 inch floor tom pad and an 8 inch kick pad. On top of that, you get a 12 inch hi-hat, two 12 inch crash pads and a 14 inch ride pad. Once mounted on the included hardware, everything can be adjusted and positioned to complete the ideal setup and everything is hooked up to the module via the included multi-cable, keeping things neat and clean. Around the back of the module, an extra two ports have been fitted to support one extra cymbal pad and one extra tom pad alongside a MIDI input and output, a 3.5mm mini-jack input for your external audio gear or smartphone, another mini-jack port for your headphones, and a USB-stick port. Hyper-flexible, the module also features a MIDI-USB port and two mono 6.3mm jack left and right outputs.

Voordat ik dit drumstel kocht, heb ik eerst de reviews op YouTube bekeken en die kwamen precies overeen met wat ik zocht. Netjes en goed verpakt thuis bezorgd en na het opstellen heb je een uitgebreid drumstel met veel mogelijkheden. Zeer tevreden met mijn aankoop.
