General
If you often play high notes on your French horn then the Yamaha MP HR 29B is the mouthpiece for you. Because of its relatively thick rim and small diameter it creates impressive high notes, and the average size of the cup makes it easy to play and a good all-arounder.
The Standard series
Although the mouthpiece is a small part of your brass instrument it has a big influence on the sound. Yamaha knows this and that's why they've gone to the effort to build up an impressive collection of mouthpieces. Take some time to rifle through the vast assortment and find the one that fits you and your needs perfectly, because when it comes to mouthpieces the small details make all the difference. What you don't have to worry about is the quality, because each and every mouthpiece offers good sound, playability, a comfortable and practical weight and a friendly price tag.
