The Keeley Octa Psi Transfigurating Fuzz pedal mercilessly mashes up a pitch-shifter with an octave generator and an analogue fuzz before neatly shoving it all inside one tight metal box. This fully analogue fuzz pedal revolves around a powerful transistor design that's capable of making any guitar or bass you jack into it sound like an enormous sonic woolly mammoth. Combine that with the polyphonic pitch-shifter and you get a whole new world of sounds to frolic in, from drop-tunings all the way to some surprising chorus-style harmonies. Wrapped in a newly-designed aluminium housing, this stompbox brings all of the quality you'd only expect from one of Robert Keeley's brain-children.

The Keeley Octa Psi: The Upside Down

With the Octa Psi, you're not even stuck with a fixed effect chain, since you can instantly move the octave/pitch shifter before or after the fuzz by simply holding down both footswitches. This pedal can also be switched in true-bypass or buffered-bypass as preferred and, for deeper control, a port for both a remote switch and an expression pedal have also been included in the design. In short, you're getting all the creative options courtesy of one mega-creative offering.
