The LA-81 MKII has been developed to connect professional equipment and consumer equipment to each other. TASCAM has equipped the amplifier with eight unbalanced RCA connectors and eight balanced XLR connectors.
The LA-81 MKII is capable of converting its unbalanced RCA inputs to balanced XLR outputs.
