Product information

General

The DiMarzio DP225 BC-1 Neck single coil pickup was designed in collaboration with Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins) and is the result of months of testing. After using several DiMarzio pickups at shows, he wanted a deeper sound in the low end without losing punch, and without the sound becoming muddy with a high gain amp. DiMarzio then modified the coils of existing pickups, so that the low end is boosted a bit more and the midrange is a bit more open. The end result is the BC-1 pickup, which in turn is very similar to the Air Norton S and Tone Zone S.

Bax Music Warranty This product comes with a 3-year warranty.
