General

The DiMarzio DP280D Vintage P90 Dog Ear soapbar pickup is a P90-style element designed to work in all positions. Based on P90 pickups from the late fifties, this element has that typical midrange bite these elements are known for. Chords have a nice full and harmonic sound, while single notes sound very smooth and glassy. In the high end, this pickup with Alnico 5 magnet is very warm, while the low end is just a bit brighter and delivers a great dynamic response.
