Get the best out of your electric guitar with Fender TBX tone control. This kit consists of two stacked 250K/1 mOhm potentiometers, a .022mf capacitor and an 82-kOhm control. From 0 to 5, the Treble Bass eXpander functions as a regular 250K tone control, filtering out the treble. Reaching position 5 (mid position) you’ll feel a click and the potentiometer is off. From 5 to 6, the 1 Meg potentiometer gradually starts working, allowing you to filter out the bass for a fiercer bite. The Fender TBX tone kit is supplied including a white tone knob. You will also find TBX tone control on the Fender Eric Clapton Stratocaster and TBX Boost Stratocaster.
Tips or comments about this product
Please note: this potentiometer features an American fine shaft with 24 teeth and is only suited for knobs on American guitars, like Gibson®, Fender, and PRS models. Coarse knobs like the ones you'll find on Asian guitars, won't fit properly.
