General

Agean Special Jazz cymbals are handmade in the traditional way. They have a rich, deep sound with quite a bit of low end in it and this 16-inch hihat is no different! The stick definition of this hihat is excellent and played half-open you have a nice, non-overpowering 'wash'. If you kick the hihat closed with your foot you have a defined and 'fat' sounding 'chick'. This 16-inch Special Jazz hihat may be aimed at jazz, but rock drummers will certainly appreciate this hihat too.
