Shure P3T wireless transmitter:

The P3T is the wireless transmitter of the PSM300, forming the basis of your PSM300 in-ear system. The transmitter is easy to connect via the 6.3 mm jack inputs, which can also be directly looped through to connect multiple P3T transmitters. Connecting to the P3R receiver is very simple and quick: a matter of pressing two buttons and the infrared on both units does the rest! The strength of the RF signal is adjustable, so you can choose how strong the signal should be. At its strongest, you have more than 90 metres range under ideal conditions, which is therefore definitely enough for practically all personal monitoring jobs!
