General
For Roland's E-series, we have to go back quite a way, back in the 1980s you had them. And popular they definitely were. Now we have arrived at the Roland E-X50, and the specifications are of course considerably higher compared to those classics from the 80s. For instance, this keyboard has a huge polyphony of 256; look, that's business! The sound quality of a Roland keyboard is well known, again you will find many hundreds of sounds; pianos, strings, horns, instruments from all over the world. Of course, you also get a large number of styles. And - very nice - using Roland external software, you can also create your own styles with your Mac or Windows PC and upload them to special memory. So if you want to create something yourself, you can!
Possibilities with the Roland E-X50
Jack microphone connection? Can. So you can sing along with what you play, making the E-X50 a real entertainer's keyboard. Of course, there are effects available for that input, so a reverb for your voice is no problem. These days, bluetooth is an important feature in our lives; phones, tablets, everything nice and wireless. Well, this Roland can stream song from your phone or tablet, via bluetooth 5.0. But perhaps the best part is the price; a complete keyboard, with all the trimmings, for home and stage, and the aforementioned style-maker is thus very interesting. For this investment? That's an easy choice!

Very sturdy keyboard stand, bought it for my Arturia 49 keys, clearly and overkill but it would easily hold my CLP575, if only top part would sit on which is very heavy. It ticks all the boxes, for the price this stand is what you need. Easy to adjust the height safely up and down as well. Great addition to my starting studio.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over deze roland, heb hiervoor een yamaha gehad en je merkt dat de kwaliteit van het product toch beter is dan de yamaha. De geluiden zijn enorm, heb nog niet alles uitgetest/geprobeerd vandaar 4 sterren. Tot nu toe een goed product.

Voelt aan als goedkoop ding en dat is het ook, geluid erg dof en mat, basgeluiden moeilijk te onderscheiden, klinkt als een opgeblazen box, imitatieleder bekleding oordoppen en hoofdbeugel gaat snel schilferen en laat stukjes los.
