Don't let its fuss-free design fool you, the Audix A231 is a refined condenser microphone loaded with large, 33mm diaphragm and a double-woven grille to guarantee uncoloured audio recordings. Thanks to the internal suspension system, you don't even really need a shock mount and, while the A231 is labelled as a vocal microphone, it's equally excellent at capturing acoustic instruments such as guitars and pianos. Microphone clip and pouch included.
