This Blimp Extension is a practical accessory by Rode Microphones! You can use it to extend the Rode Blimp by 25.6 cm. This way, a Rode NTG-8, or other long shotgun microphone of up to 60 cm, can be used in the Blimp. Thanks to the accessory, extra-long windshield you can protect your microphone from wind noise and ambient sounds. This fake fur sleeve is easily pulled over the Blimp.
