General

The Focusrite ISA 828 MkII wields eight ISA microphone preamps, each of which feature a Lundahl input transformer. This 2U-sized, 8-channel rack preamp also boasts variable input impedance, giving you extra options when dialling in the sound.

ISA Preamps

Rupert Neve's ISA 110 preamp design doesn't differ from the preamps in Focusrite's Studio Console. These first-class preamps guarantee 60dBs of gain and, thanks to the fitted Trim control, you can pile on another 20dB as needed. All eight channels are outfitted with an adjustable high-pass filter and give you the pick of four input impedance settings.

Expansion Potential

The ISA 828 mkII can be kitted out with digital inputs and outputs using various expansion cards (sold separately), including DANTE, ADAT and AES3.
