General

The Shure A2WS was developed to filter out any unwanted noise caused by breath or wind, keeping the audio signal as clean as possible. As such, it's made of acoustically transparent material that allows it to do just that, without affecting the quality of the sound itself. Especially when you often work outdoors, a windshield is a must-have accessory. Furthermore, the A2WS features a locking system that allows you to securely mount it to your microphone. This windshield was designed for use with the SM57 and 545 series of microphones.
