The iConnectivity iConnect MIDI2+ (30-pin) sets itself apart from other MIDI interface thanks to its two USB connectors. That may not sound very special, but in practice it makes the MIDI2+ one of the most flexible interfaces of its kind. In essence, two USB ports enable you to simultaneously connect two PCs or Macs, a PC and a Mac, or a PC/Mac and an iOS device, such as an iPhone or an iPad. All of the data that travels through the interface's 2x2 MIDI ports is therefore accessible to both devices at the same time. And what's more, 2x4 audio channels can be freely exchanged, creating a world of possibilities. This edition of the MIDI2+ comes with a 30-pin cable.
Tips or comments about this product
- Please note: an iConnectivity iConnect MIDI2+ (Lightning) is available for iOS devices with a Lightning connector.
- Use the separately available MIDI2+ power adapter to charge an iOS device while you're using the MIDI2+.
