With a wealth of synth-building knowledge backing them up, Arturia presents a full-sized edition of their third-generation Keylab MIDI keyboard. A solid studio workhorse, this edition of the Keylab MK3 features a set of eighty-eight pianist-grade, hammer-action keys complete with aftertouch. Anyone who's already familiar with the MK2 will immediately notice the addition of an all-new full-colour graphic displays screen - a rarity in the MIDI keyboard game that brings this model bang up-to-date. As you'd expect, the complete control gambit is also supplied: a bank of faders, encoders, performance pads and a transport section, and all if it is backed up by seamless studio integration. On top of all of that, Arturia has thrown in a fat software pack including a DAW and a stack of virtual instruments.

Wrote the following about Arturia Keylab 88 MK3 Black USB/MIDI Keyboard

Heb dit keyboard nu ongeveer twee weken in mijn gebruik en ben er tot nu toe erg tevreden over, de toetsen zijn redelijk zwaar (dat vind ik zelf een plus) en voelen premium aan, net zoals de knoppen, faders en de behuizing zelf. De arturia software die er gratis bij kwam en dan voornamelijk de Mini V synth en piano V zijn verrassend goed. Er zitten behoorlijk wat goede presets op de Mini V en het geluid is ook makkelijk te vormen naar je eigen smaak, Piano V en dan vooral de American home klinkt enorm clean en doet niet onder aan het geluid van een hoogwaardige elektrische piano. Verder zijn alle knoppen zelf in te stellen maar komt hij ook met vooraf ingestelde templates voor verschillende DAW's en de arturia software. Al met al zeker geen spijt gehad van deze aankoop.
