Change or Cancel an Order

As soon as your order has been placed and as long as everything is in stock, our warehouse team will already be working hard to get it ready for dispatch. Please note that, if you do want to change or cancel your order, it may not be possible at this point. Call our Helpdesk on 020 3695 2176 and they'll be glad to see what they can do for you.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock, then you can change or cancel the order by calling our Helpdesk.

Change or Cancel an Order that's Already Been Sent

Is your order already on its way? If you refuse the package on delivery, it will be sent back to us automatically. As soon as it comes back to us, we'll get in touch to figure out the best solution for you. There are no additional charges for editing or cancelling an order.

Were you unable to refuse the package on delivery? Please see our Warranty and Returns pages for more information about sending back your order.
If you have ordered an item that cannot be returned, your order can only be edited or cancelled before it's been processed and packed.
