Changing or cancelling an order that has not yet been shipped
Do you need to change or cancel an order that has not been shipped yet? Please call our Customer Service team on 020 3695 2176. They can assist you further.
Changing or cancelling an order that has already been sent
Is your order already on its way? If you refuse the parcel upon delivery, it will automatically be sent back to us. When we receive it, we will contact you to find the best solution for your situation. There are no additional charges for changing or cancelling an order.
If you have ordered a product that cannot be returned, you can only cancel or change your order in the event that it has not yet been processed.
