General
The Tascam CD-A580 is a durable media player with plenty of playback options. Play music from a cassette, CD or USB! The CD-A580 can be mounted in a 19-inch rack and is only 3 units high. You can make recordings of your media using the CD-A580 by recording CD or cassette onto a USB flash drive, or even from CD or USB to cassette. A comprehensive explanation of this can be found in the user manual. On the front panel, there's an LCD screen with the necessary information, a headphone socket (jack) with its own volume control and lots of buttons for operating the media player. You can also operate it via the included remote control.

Ikzelf heb dit toestel 2,5 jaar geleden aangeschaft en onlangs ter reparatie bij Bax gebracht, men is tot de conclusie gekomen dat het loopwerk van de cd speler en de cassette speler vernieuwd moeten worden met een prijs opgave van 398 euro.............Nieuwe kost 421 !!
Toevallig valt dit niet onder de garantie van 5 jaar zegt men.
De reden zou zijn dat door veelvuldig gebruik de loopwerken versleten zijn, nou dat is zeker niet het geval en zeer zeker niet bij de cassette speler bijna nooit gebruikt !!
