The Nemesis Delay offers 24 delay engines, including Vintage Tape Delay, Noise Tape, Analogue Delay, Pitch Shifting Delay, Reverse Delay, Filter Modulation, and Rhythmic Delay. The effects are extremely detailed and based on delays you'll probably recognise from other big names. For example, Source Audio has reproduced the charming characteristics of the famous Echoplex and Space Echo thanks to tape flutter, distortion and saturation effects. The Nemesis Delay also recreates that warm tone that's typically associated with vintage gear. User-friendly design

The ingenious design of this pedal makes it easy to access all its functions in a flash. Source Audio's innovative approach is apparent in several delay engines, such as the Shifter Delay, which creates a polyphonic octave jump (higher or lower) in either major or minor third, fourth or fifth. The Helix and Reverse functions allow you to create backwards delays and the Multi Tap Reverse Patterns and Harmonic Shifting effects help you to create a sublime overall sound. The Sweeper combines filter repetitions to create a unique, hybrid sound made of a mix of delay and wah effects.

Mono and stereo

This Nemesis Delay works in various modes in either mono or stereo. Thanks to the phase inversion, you can create awesome ping-pong and other stereo effects. Set up the stereo connectors to create external effects loops before or after the delay. The Tap Tempo foot control features a small switch for choosing between quarter note, dotted eighth, and triplet beat divisions. You can also use the Hold function to capture a small section of a delay and loop it indefinitely, as long as the foot control is pressed down.
