General

Instead of one large ribbon, the Beyerdynamic M 130 has been armed with two little ribbons, which keeps both the design and the transient response exceptionally tight. Essentially a modernised vintage microphone, the bidirectional M 130 takes up much less space than a classic RCA or Coles microphone and can be effortlessly teamed up with the hyper-cardioid M 160 for stunning M/S recordings, or combined with a second M 130 to form a superb Blumlein pair.
