With the Radial Catapult RX4, it's possible to send the audio signal from an Ethercon input to 8 XLR (male) outputs. This model features ground lift swtiches to prevent unwanted interference. The Radial Catapult Cat 5 series consists of two other output modules (the RX4M and RX4L), should this model not be exactly what what you're looking for. There are also three input modules available that have 4 XLR (female) inputs, 4 XLR (male) outputs and 2 Neutrik Ethercon outputs.
