Bring home a stable direct-drive bass drum pedal with the Yamaha FP-9500D. The solid cast link between the shaft and footboard makes the drive incredibly direct, resulting in a fast response that every drummer--whether they play pop, rock or metal--can appreciate. Simply set the spring tension and adjust the angles of the beater and the footboard and you're off! The wingnut on the side of the pedal makes for sturdy attachment to bass drums with differing hoop thicknesses.

The FP-9500D

Yamaha gave the FP9500D a new beater with felt on one side and hard plastic on the other. Use the felt side for more "boom" and the hard plastic side for more "tick!" Whichever side you choose though, this bass drum pedal will always play smoothly, because the stabilizing rod located directly under the shaft ensures that the pedal moves as little as possible in relation to the bass drum The beater won't turn an inch either thanks to the tear-drop-shaped beater shaft rocker. Wrote the following about Yamaha FP-9500D bass drum pedal

GAME CHANGER.

Als je twijfelt om dit pedaal te kopen, niet doen, gewoon kopen. Is elke euro waard.

Heb dit pedaal al aantal jaar en had daarvoor een Pearl pedaal met een ketting. Alhoewel ik vind dat Pearl een van de beste fabrikanten van drum hardware is, had mijn oude pedaal aan alle kanten speling, en een ketting wat er voor zorgt dat je 'verlies' hebt en extra hard moet werken om strakke beats neer te zetten. Toen overgestapt op de Yamaha Yamaha FP-9500D omdat ik inmiddels ook een Yamaha drumkit had gekocht en erg tevreden was daarover.

WAT EEN VERSCHIL...

Alsof je in een klap 5 jaar verder bent in je drum carrière! Dit direct drive pedaal van Yamaha is een van de beste kopen die ik op drumgebied heb gedaan en ik heb heel veel drum gear. Als mijn Yamaha pedaal morgen kapot gaat zal ik direct weer dezelfde kopen. Strakke ghost notes en eigenlijk bijna alles wat je te binnenschiet speel je veel makkelijk met dit pedaal.
Zonder twijfel de belangrijkste tool in mijn hele drum setup.
En zonder twijfel 5 sterren. Kopen.
