Combined with the SPCVR-DXS122 protective case, this sub is protected from the elements and transport damage.The Yamaha DXS12mkII is a compact 12-inch active subwoofer, amplified by a highly efficient 1020-watt Class D amplifier. Thanks to the unique band-pass design of the speaker cabinet, you enjoy an optimal bass response with a sound pressure level of up to 134 dB! Included with this subwoofer is a protective case made of durable polyester and lined with PVC coating and padding. This protects the DXS12mkII from the elements (even while active!) and from any impact damage during transport.

Wrote the following about Yamaha DXS12mkII with Protective Cover

Je l'ai associé a ma Yamaha Stagepas 600 BT et ce caisson fait le job, c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire. Des basses profondes qui ajoutent une vraie plus value à ma sono. La qualité Yamaha est bien là. Un seul regret, il vous faudra choisir entre la housses et le roulettes car on ne peut pas mettre les deux en même temps.
