Geweldig instrument voor de pianisten onder ons....met grotere wensen dan alleen piano. Na een jaar kreeg de piano echter last van key-clicking. Ik heb deze onder garantie teruggestuurd naar Bax.

Na ongeveer zes weken werd de piano naar mij retour gezonden. Tot mijn grote schrik zwaar beschadigd aan het klavier. Dan begint de eenzame strijd.....want van Bax hoef je weinig hulp te verwachten. Mailen....bellen....nogmaals bellen....na vier weken bericht op mijn e-mail......ze vinden het rot, maar weten niet hoe het gekomen is. Je krijgt na een maand een tegoedbon , en dan blijft het weer stil.

Wat er allemaal beschadigd is....hoe....wat hersteld wordt....het is een groot mysterie. Bijna 8 weken verder na ontvangst .... en nog steeds taal noch teken van Bax. Inmiddels ben ik nu sinds 13 augustus mijn RD2000 kwijt. Maar Bax vind het schijnbaar allemaal prima. Hoe ik die tijd door kom zonder mijn main-instrument .....het zal ze vast een zorg zijn.

Inmiddels heb ik het service center van Roland maar benadert. Misschien zijn zij behulpzamer.

De piano is geweldig.....net als de sales van Bax. In de after-sales echter hebben ze nog veel.....heel veel stappen te zetten.
