These monitor speakers are very good with a range of genres. I bought them to work on string quartet recordings which they are very capable of reproducing but they are fantastically transparent with lots of genres. Listening to rock, metal or soul - these speakers provide an eloquence that brings a smile to my face. Some of my favourite tracks sound fresh. I'm hooked. Nirvana is playing at the moment and the clarity is superb.

Ik gebruik de speakers in een near field opstelling aangesloten op een Audient iD4 interface. Ik heb hierbij XLR naar TRS kabels gebruikt. Ze zijn volledig zonder ruis en hebben een super geluid. Iets te afgerond hoge tonen soms maar die zijn aan te passen door schakelaars op de achterkant van de speaker. Super bas zit er in die kleine speaker. De auto stand-by feature is vooral geweldig. Kortom samen met de goede service van Bax ben ik super tevreden!

De aankoop was eindelijk een beetje spontaan omdat ik oppziek was nat budget speakers voor bij mijn platenspeler. Omdat ik de aan een externe voorversterker aansluit klinken ze erg goed en geruisloos. Ik heb zowat geen subwoofer nodig door de goede lage tonen. De afstelling is echt handig.

Zeker waar voor je geld! ik gebruik ze om de audio van tv programma's af te mixen, De audio is waanzinnig goed, strak laag, het hele frequentiebandje is aardig in orde en de transienten zijn vriendelijk en punchy. Aanrader!

Hele fijne speakers, klein en compact maar groot geluid. Wel even aansluiten met "kwaliteit"(goeie plug) kabels want dat verschil hoor je heel duidelijk, ook om het geruis tegen te gaan. Ik heb wat goedkope kabels geprobeerd en dan hoor je duidelijk wat ruis en daarna "kwaliteit" kabels gepakt en weg was de ruis. Ik heb ze nu op m'n i-mac aangesloten, wat een heerlijke sound komt eruit. Echt JBL kwaliteit en voor een zeer scherpe prijs.

Deze speakers leveren fantastisch geluid en hebben een mooi maatje voor mijn muziekkamer (niet overdreven groot, precies goed). Zeker niet duur voor deze kwaliteit! Echt een aanrader!
Zorg wel voor goede standaards, zodat je geen last hebt van bijgeluiden.
Ik heb er een passieve monitor controller bijgekocht, omdat ik ze als ook gebruik voor de dagelijkse muziek als ik thuiswerk.
