The Neumann KH 310A isn't just great for permanent use in your studio, it's also a great solution for mobile studios on location requiring optimal quality. A versatile and practical monitor, the KH 310A features multiple mounting points for wall, pole or stand mounting. The genuine reason for buying one, however, should be its superb sound quality. With its strict, neutral sonic profile, you'll be able to pick up every little detail in your productions. The bass can go as low as 34 Hz, partly thanks to the practical, 3-way monitor design.

Technical Specs of the KH 310A

The audio characteristics can be completely adjusted via a smart bit of technology - not just to meet your personal preferences, but mainly to suppress the acoustic influences of a room, which can interfere with the linear frequency curve. The latter can be corrected per component, which might be crucial when it comes to the accuracy of your audio reproduction. Talking about components, a separate woofer, midrange driver and tweeter are featured to reproduce your audio. These are driven by a powerful 3-way amp module, which receives its signal from an active crossover of the fourth order. Every component and every amp module will do precisely what it's made for! You'll definitely be able to tell the difference. A thermal limiter per component, and a soft-clip and excursion limiter for the woofer take care of the security.

It’s clear that the audio properties of this monitor are excellent. What you might not be aware of, is that the unit is also highly practical to use! A KH 310A can be fastened to a decorative truss, to the ceiling, or it can be mounted on a speaker/microphone stand. You can also freely position the monitors - on your desk, for instance! This way, your studio always enjoys an optimal layout.

Van de focal trio 6be naar deze gegaan. Van een gezellig Baguette, met romige kaas en een wijntje, naar Gunter in je vriendengroep: Hij is er altijd bij, maar gezellig issie niet. Maar hij heeft altijd gelijk...
Ik hoor alle fouten in mijn oude tracks. Is alsof ik het aan kan raken. Ik weet ook meteen waar ik het aan moet pakken. Aan de huidige mixen konden we echt 20 procent verbeteren in maar een paar uur.
Speakers zijn MI absoluut niet bruikbaar zonder de woofer en roomcorrection (MA1). Die maakten het. Zonder had ik de set terug gestuurd. Wij maken elektronische "geproduceerde" muziek, daar werkt het top. Maak je jazz, folk, lekkere fuzzy gezellige muziek? Dan zou ik deze niet aanraden. Dan inspireren ze niet.

Uitstekende studiomonitor voor zowel nearfield als midfield gebruik. Zeer gedefinieerd laag en mid en sprankelend hoog, al lijkt het hoog wel soms iets of wat distorted waardoor de sibilance in zang met momenten een uitdaging kan zijn. Maar verder de ideale monitor om als main pair te gebruiken. Een ware upgrade voor zowel homestudio's als professionele studio's.

Belachelijk goede monitor. Nog geen seconde spijt van gehad, flinke upgrade t.o.v. mijn Dynaudio BM6a setje. Heeft een soort hele aangename maar nooit vermoeiende helderheid die heel goed hoorbaar maken wat voor mix keuzes je maakt.
